Question about Student version and CS6

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question...

So I have a question about Student&Teacher versions in CS6 - Will there be Student & Teacher version for CS6 too?

    No body will be aware about the CS6 policy as if now, even no body is aware when it is going to be out

    The only thing we know is that there will be a CS6 and anyone buying CS5.5 now will get a free upgrade to CS6 when it’s released.

    Well - If I purchase Student version, will I get a CS6 for free, or this offer is just for Regular editions?

    Is that only for the US? I had a look on the UK Store and there is no mention of a free CS6 upgrade – just a 30% discount on LR4.

    I don’t see the offers there but perhaps the UK site hasn’t been updated yet.

    Yes it does show up in the final stages – they could make more obvious though, as the offer appears and disappears on different pages as you follow thought the links.

     

    I had already upgraded to CS5.5 at the end of November, so it’s too late for me but it’s a good offer and they should make it clearer on the website.

    Sorry to resurrect this thread, but it seemed redundant to make a new one.

     

    Do you know if the offer is valid for Australia as well? I've seen it on the Australian store, but only on some pages. For instance the CS5.5 Production Premium does not list the offer on its product page whereas the Master Collection does.

    I was actually referring to this exact page ( CS5.5 Production Premium, Student) http://adobe.ly/H6so7G (non-flash version because links were redirecting) where it doesnt list the offer on the left.

     

    However, after reading this http://store.adobe.com/store/en_us/popup/offer/cs55_cs6_faq.html and this http://store.adobe.com/store/en_us/popup/offer/cs55_cs6_faqchannel.htm l I'm assuming it must just be an error.

     

    It doesnt mention anything about not including student editions and all offer pages I've seen have a link to the education store.

    If i buy cs5.5 from a store other than adobe do I still qualify for the upgrade or does the purchase have to be made through adobe?
