Elements not downloading

I down loaded The Adobe download assistant and the web site said Elements would begin to download automatically. It hasn't began yet and i am wondering how to start manually.

    Check for the download in the download folder of the user account or the default download folder.

     

    Which version of Elements are you downloading? What is the Operating System?
