Adobe Camera Model Lens Design Data Conversion

The documentation for Lens Profile Creator refers to "Adobe Camera Model Lens Design Data Conversion" which sets forth the .txt file format for batching a variety of profiles (e.g. for zoom lenses, disparate apertures, etc.) into a single profile file. This .txt file is required when selecting "File->Batch Convert Lens Design Data" in the application.

I cannot find this document anywhere.

Does anyone know where it can be downloaded?
