Where can I find the middle east version of adobe creative suit sc5.

Also I have been trying to download the rtyle version but the assistance is NOT working, I see that this is a repetitive problem her....What should I do?

Thank you but how do I fix the assistante downloader? It is stuck on download but nothing happens..
