It appears that your download got corrupted. I would recommend deleting the file you downloaded and try downloading again.
Use any other unzip utility (winzip, winrar etc.) to unzip the downloaded installer and retry.

OK, downloaded the download again, now when I attempt to open setup.exe I get the msg "Installer failed to initialize"
