Allow Text Variables to be applicable at a book level. i.e  FileName

    1)  a text variable for running headers must support NUMBERED paragraphs

     

    2) long text variable should be rendered in several separate lines

     

    3) text variables are not supported in the SDK at all. It would be nise to see the implementation of the base types of Text Variables within SDK
