premier elements won't open:"error 4960:could not load the disk image"*

the download completed but on clicking the .dmg file the error 4960 was displayed as written above. what is the next step?

    Which version of Premier Elements are we downloading?

    Create a new Admin account and login to the new account. If you are downloading version 10 from www.adobe.com. Redownlaod it.

    im downloading premier elements 10. and it is a painful process to download again.there must be some other soln.
