frame rate and audio sync problem, encoder bug?

When the frame rate set to 29.97 and 59.94

I see the frame rate no matter it is input or output used by FMLE during encoding is 30 and 60 at the encoding statistics.

Is it a bug or something?

Why did FMLE just round it up to 30 and 60 during encoding?

I'm facing an audio sync issue just because of this, please fix it.
