I ran into it again today. I ended up deleting the album on FB, going back to LR FB Publish Services for that collection, and did Edit Collection to set the album up again on FB. Then I marked all the previously published pics for re-publish and did "Publish Now". I got one "upload failed" pop-up, repeated the "Publish Now" and this time everything (new and re-publish) was uploaded. I had to go to FB to delete one pic that was duplicated by the failure/repeat sequence. I wonder if FB albums have some hidden attribute that confuses LR?
