Auto Switching between LR3 Develope and LR4 Develope

While working on a greoup of sunset photos I noticed as I moved between the photos The develop module had sliders for Shadows, Whites & Blacks. Normal LR4. Then I clicked on a deffrent photo and it had a slider for Fill Light and Blacks, as per LR3. I thought I had updated all of my catalogs from 3 to 4, could this be the problem? I know a lot of the photos were 1st inported with LR3. Any help?

It has to do with with process version each photo is in. PV2012 is the new controls.

So how do I get them all on 2012 process or can I?
