I would like to thank this genius, as it caused me hours of frustration, when the anti-virus clashed with nod32. I also don't seem to be able to install this POS manually without getting the anti-virus.
I told the nod32 people that Adobe was a concentration of evil. Seems I understated the case. YOU SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLING A SECOND ANTI-VIRUS.
Jeez.
Srk052004 where are you installing the Flash Player from and which operating system are you using? When I go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ I see an option for the Google toolbar. Is this what you are referring too?

You can download the full installers (without any bundled software) from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-pla yer-windows.html#Install_in_a_firewall_proxy_server_environment (Windows).
Hopefully this will not happen again with the new silent background update; see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981567
