Missing Pages

Adobe Reader for Playbook, hundreds of pages in the middle of the document are blank. I have checked the file and the content of the pages is all there. From Page 30ish to 400ish the pages are blank, not missing just blank. From 400ish to 450 the content appears on the pages again. The pdf is "Thinking, Fast and Slow". Any ideas.

    Having had the same problem, for me, the following helped out a bit: I opened the pdf file with Preview on my Mac and changed the file just by turning around a page and saving that "new" file version. When I then transmitted the pdf file back to my PB, I could normally read it which I couldn't after the download.
