I tried installing Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended from the CD on Mac OS X Version 10.6.8 but installer kept unexpectedly quitting. Has anyone else experienced this as well, if so how did you fix it? Thanks!

When does it quit, at which phase......Have you tried from a new user account.
what means is unexpectedly quit , does it give you any error message?

Yes, it did give an error message everytime I tried installing. I haven't tried installing it through a new user account though, but now I will!
What is the error message that it give you and what is the result from the new user account?
It didn't work for the new user account either.
