Can't hear audio in preview/browser mode.

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help. I can't hear audio (attached to an object) in my browser or when I publish. I can hear it in the timeline/edit mode...I know about the mute button and I have that off. Thanks~!

I forgot to add I am using Captivate 5.5. Thanks to anyone who can help.

If you click Edit > Preferences > Project > Publish Settings do you see a check mark in the option labeled "Include Audio"?

If not, that's your issue. If so, there is more detective work to do.
