I installed Shockwave 18.104.22.1684 on both window 7 x64 and win2k8 x64
From the windows uninstall registry key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVer sion\Uninstall\Adobe Shockwave Player]
DisplayName, Adobe Shockwave Player 11.6
UninstallString, "C:\Windows\system32\Adobe\Shockwave 11\uninstaller.exe"
DisplayIcon, ( C:\Windows\system32\Adobe\Shockwave 11\SwInit.exe,0 )
Publisher, ( Adobe Systems, Inc. )
I found that the InstallLocation, C:\Windows\system32\Adobe is not actually exist in my system, and the actual installation location is: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Adobe\Shockwave 11. And of course hte UninstallString doesn't work as well.
May I know Is this a bug? Or is there any reason that make it unconsistent with the system?

I'd call it sloppy, but you might also call it a bug.

Does Shockwave work on either/both of your 64-bit systems, or does your question mean something else?
Interesting observation! Checking the registry of my Win7 (x64) system, I also found lots of pointers to the non-existent Shockwave 11 folder in system32.
Just out of curiosity I tried to uninstall Shockwave Player (from Programs and Features); no problem, it uninstalled flawlessly.
