I recently switched to version 10 of Adobe acrobat Pro from version 7. I did a clean install of windows 7 [64bit] on my pc and then installed this version. I can't see all my menu bar items. I can only see file, edit window and help. where are tools, advanced, Documents and others??
well, there are no buttons for image extraction that we used to have in advanced, or document, i guess. how can i extract images?
one more thing is there a way to switch back to old interface just like there's an option in AutoCAD?
Acrobat X hasn't removed any tools, but some of them only appear if you're in a specific mode (forms editing, etc.) and a couple of the lesser-used panes are hidden by default.
Ref image extraction - you want Tools > Document Processing > Export All Images. If the Document Processing panel isn't visible, click the dropdown menu on the top left of the Tools Pane to select it.
There is no way to revert to the old user interface. Love it or hate it, this one is here to stay.
