I was wondering why I was receiving these message's that I needed to upload Adobe Reader. Me and my family have tried to upload for months now and didn't realize it was something we needed to pay for. We do not use our computer as a business computer, we just do emails, coupons and my husband plays  War Craft game. I did see an area that we could download for free, but it dissapears everyday and has to be reloaded. What are we doing wrong? Is it now required to pay for the use of Adobe  Reader? I will pay a monthly rate today if that is the case, until I can afford to pay for the yearly rate, I just need to know what I am doing and why we are having so many problems. I am currently using the Chrome browser, and when I first brought up the Adobe web site a pop up box came up and said my Foxfire has quit running, I am not even using Foxfire right now, can any one please explain to this old lady? Thank-you very much

    Good day,

    I'm sorry for the confusion.

Our Adobe Reader product is free to download and use to view and print PDF files.

WIthin our Adobe Reader application, you can access a few of our online paid services, such as CreatePDF and ExportPDF. I believe this is what may have alarmed you.

I'm not really sure why you're having trouble with Firefox.  All I can recommend there is that you try to update Firefox to the latest version from the Mozilla site: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    Kind regards,

    David
