Hello everyone,
I split up a piece of footage on the time line, and now have these numbers appearing. A +17 on the video portion of the time line, and a -17 on the audio portion of corresponding time line.
I did nothing but split the video into 2 parts, I didn't speed the video up, nor slow it down.
Hopefully a great question to ask.
Thank you for any help.
Dave.
For some reason the clip is out of sync, to restore this:
Right click on the +17 or -17 and Move into Sync or Slip into Sync.

Hi Ann,
That's briilant ! worked like a charm !
Interesting, if I unlink the audio and video, those numbers disappear, if I link both of them, those number appear. I wonder how Premiere knows that the audio and video are not synced correctly ? is it gathering this info from the original clip that is loaded into the main panel where all the movies reside ?
Very interesting indeed.
Thanks for your help Ann. You are a top notch helper here on our forum and I love your posts.
