Syncing shift-arrow move with grid spacing

Is it possible to sync the shift-arrow move keyboard shortcut with my grid spacing? I think I'm able to change this in the Unit & Increments > Keyboard Increments preferences, but I'm not able to figure it out. Appreciate the help in advance.

Go to Grids pref and tell us Grid + Subdivisions setup, this will determine the smallest grid unit to sync in your Cursor Key setting.

Cursor Key: 4.5 px will move an item (with the arrows) one subdivision unit within the document grid

Ah, so is it simply gridline divided by subdivisions?
