Developing my own connector for Alfresco

Hi,

it's Adobe SDK Drive the right component in order to develop my own connector to share data and metadata stored on Alfresco CMS ? Naturally, I'll follow the CMIS standard to do that.

I wanna be shure because maybe there are others possibility, as for example, using the SDK of InDesign or some other component on InDesign Server.
