Why does my final move include off stage elements?

I hope I'm explaining this right. For some reason, the bottom element entering/transitioning onto the stage appears in my final movie. The height of the movie is actually increases to accommodate it. HELP? http://ctswebtest.businesscatalyst.com/index.html
