update underlying document

OK, if I've spent 2 days perfecting a 6 page form and then spot an error in the underlying word doc that was the source, how do I transfer the form 'layer' to the updated doc?

Create the new PDF and then open the old one and select the Replace Pages
option. Select the pages from the new file.
This would keep all form fields and scripts that you have already created
in tact.

Thanks. I also found this in the tutorials http://tv.adobe.com/watch/acrobat-x-tips-tricks/quick-tip-how-to-repla ce-the-background-pages-in-a-form/ but I can't watch it in my Chrome browser for some reason, no doubt plugin related!
