Unable to install Acrobat X Pro (CS5.5 Design Premium) for Win7

I've installed CS5.5 Design for my Win 7.

 

However, the following error occured.

    Well, where's that French coming from? That's probably the problem - you are launching the installer in a different language than the system language...

    The Acrobat installer doesn't seem to think so, so it still begs the question where it might come from. Any chance you ever installed another software that supported the French language on your system? It may have messed up the Windows installer or introduced a different language version of a DLL...
