I have Lenovo Ideapad Z570.and hardware space is 650gb.
Do you receive any error messages when you try to install? Also as Mylenium requested it would be beneficial if we knew which Adobe Photoshop product exactly are you trying to install?

Im downloading Adobe photo shop cs5.1 trail version.and it is showing not
enough memory error.
I suggest you provide the install logs. This will make it easier to find out what migt be going on.
