Two PDF-Printers after reinstalling Master Collection

Hello,

I deinstalled all prior Products from Adobe and installed the new Mastercollection.

What I see in "Printers":

Adobe PDF

Adobe PDF (Kopie 1)

Deleting one of them results in reappearing again after some minutes!

Wouldnt be that worse, but I can choose one of them but nothing is "printed" into PDF :-(

Any Ideas?

You probably need to clean them out more thoroughly. in your printer settings, check the ports they are assigned to. if there are two virtual Adobe PDF ports, remove one of them, then attempt to remove the redundant printer itself.

Sorry, I totally forgot to mention it is W7 64bit !

there are no ports assigned as far as I can see...

what I see: at PDF (Copy 1) are 5 printjobs waiting, but I cannot cancel them...

Go to Start - Run - Services.msc. Right click on "Print Spooler" and click on Stop. Then delete the pending printjobs from Adobe PDF Copy 1. Then delete the Adobe PDF Copy 1. Restart the computer.
