Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

When I try to download my folio from the server, I get a prompt that says: the issue is available for download but you must install latest version of Viewer from App Store. But i have already installed latest version. I have trashed the app and re-installed a few times, but still receive same prompt. I tried to log in and download on another iPad and got same prompt. What to do? Thanks for any advice on this!

    The version of the Adobe Content Viewer that works with the latest version of the tools hasn't been approved by apple yet. Until then you can either preview using the desktop preview app, or roll back to the pervious (v18) version of the tools.
