External CSS file in HTML export options

When exporting to HTML from ID CS5.5, is the option for an external css file a link to a file or a url?

    If you select External CSS, specify the URL of the existing CSS style sheet, which is usually a relative URL, such as “/styles/style.css.”

    Yes, this is what it says in the documentation, however if you select Choose, it brings you to a dialog to search for and select a document from your computer.

    @ mmurphytech4pub, the External CSS allows you to choose a file from your computer. However, you can also mention an http:// URL if you're CSS file is hosted on a web server.
