Splash Screen Landscape

Does anyone know how to fix the splash screen issue of the splash screen quickly shifting to the right and then back in place ?

 

I thought this would be fixed in 3.3

    Can you provide details about the following :
    1) The device you are using

    2) Images you are packaging

    3) If your app is full-screen or not

    4) The launch orientation i.e. Portrait or Landscape
