How do I start CS5?

I downloaded the free trial of CS5_5 today and when I click the icon I see the folders Deploy, Install, Packages and Payloads, but that's it. I've really no idea how to start and I'm new to this Mac. What do I do?

    I did that but it says it has already been installed. I've done a fresh download and got the same result.

     

    EDIT: Never mind. It seems that it now wants to work. Cheers.
