Batch cropping of different sized images with white border?

I have dozens of images. Each of them is screenshot of a zoomed in picture with a small white border around it. I want to both 1) extract the image within the white border and 2) discard the white border.


I would like to know how to do this in batch. There are examples of the pictures below.

So for example the first pic would then look like this:

It's tricky because all of them will have different sizes.

    If the white border is always the same width an Action should suffice (Canvas Size set to Relative with negative numbers).
