OK, let's get things out of the way first...
OS: Windows 7 32-bit
Browser: Multiple (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, IE)
Flash Player: latest (11.3? or was it 11.1 or what I forgot, I'm sure it's Flash Player 11)
So I have a bunch of .swf files that I obtained from the Japanese video streaming site nicovideo.
These .swf files don't work. I've tried obtaining other .swf files from said site and none of them work. However, I have an ordinary .swf file here too that just came from an english site:
The reason why I'm stating where these came from is because the working .swf doesn't have Japanese characters on its data or something (the file name of the Japanese .swf files don't have foreign characters though)...
But here's the biggest catch: Before I upgraded to Windows 7 last year, I already have the said Japanese .swf files from above. I had Windows XP and was running the latest version of Flash back then (I think it was Flash Player 10, if not Flash Player 9), AND THESE .swfs WERE WORKING FINE. And so did any other Japanese .swf I obtained. It's only recently that I upgraded to Windows 7 and Flash Player 11 that I noticed this started happening. However, I am not sure if it's the fault of the OS installation or the Flash Player installation (I can do my Japanese functionalities just fine though).
I tried installing old versions of Flash Player right now, but no luck at all. I am tearing my hair off, as I need to get my .swf files working, please!
Please help, this really matters to me a lot.

EDIT: by the way, what happens when I play the non-working .swf files: only a blank screen appears; Firefox returns a white screen, while IE returns a black one. Right-clicking on the window will show a grayed out option named "Movie not loaded". By the way, I am loading this .swf files locally.
I see the same with Flash Player 11.2 that you see on the links you provided. These swf files obviously don't work with FP11, or are incorrectly set up ("movie not loaded" may indicate an incorrect path).
How about these videos on the original http://www.nicovideo.jp/ site - are they working there? For me, everything on that site works fine.
Yes, everything is working fine when I'm browsing the site. Even files that are loaded as .swf seem to play fine on the Nicovideo's player, which uses flash as well. So I don't understand why the standalone Flash Player can't load said swf files when I load them outside of nicovideo...
