CS5 Apps hang on startup

INDD, FW, and ILL hang on start up while runnning 10.7.3/CS5 latest. Will start if SHIFT key held down at app start up but I haven't added any plug ins. Only recent changes were JAVA update and flash update. Any one else having problems. My entire workflow has come to a grinding halt. Suggestions?

    Due you have any font management software and have you checked in the new user acount.

    I use Font Agent Pro. To be sure, I ran Font Doctor to see if there were any corrupted fonts. None found. I also removed the auto activation plug ins but that did not change any thing. What did you mean by new user account?
