Why can't I make my line "dashed"?

I only found one other question similar to mine... and they didn't have anything set for gap. I have values set for both dash and gap... So I can't figure out why my line is not showing as dashed.

 

Interestingly, if I set arrowheads, they don't show either.

 

Any ideas?

 

Sorry in advance if it's something dumb I'm not seeing
