As the XP machines in our school district automatically update to the new version of Flash player, the audio portion of our web conferencing software either does not play at all on the updated machines, or has an unpleasant cutting in and out issue. How can we roll back to any previous version as they all worked previously?
Visit http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions. html and follow the instructions (don't forget to run the uninstaller first).
I'm having the exact same problem. This is the only thing that I have found that fixes this issue! It's a major problem for my business, countless disappointed customers. I can't just tell everyone to revert their version of Flash or to stop using XP.
Please Adobe, are you aware of this problem? Are you working on a fix? Is there a different way to code the playback to avoid this issue?
Could you guys take a look at the following bugs and see if they are applicable in your situation? If so, please take a minute and vote/comment for them.

You might also want to search the database for other bugs (I didn't link to all of them). If you find that your issue isn't described, please open a new bug with detailed steps to reproduce.
