"Unable to start subscription"

I had the mastercollection set up and registered. But i had to restore my computer. So i did that and reinstalled adobe. Now i cant find the host file and the one i do is for microsoft. So my adobe host file is missing. I get a error everytime saying unable to start subscription. Please help  me
