Browser Lab won't connect

HELP!!!!! Trying for 2 and a half days to get onto Widget Browser from DW. Cleared cache, removed keychain, Adobe phone rep said try the forums again because he couldn't help. When he tried on his end it worked fine. That's probably a clue but I'm still clueless!!! I've used it in the past W/O a problem. Can anybody help??????

    from where did you download your Adobe Dreamweaver Widget Browser, from here: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/widgetbrowser.html? Please describe your approach in DW widget step by step.

    Dear Faith,

     

    here it's now time to go to bed. BUT tomorrow I want to read, that Adobe widgets work like a charm in your DW too!
