Clicking the "contact Customer Support" link asks me to download Adobe Support Advisor, but that "quits unexpectedly" immediately on launch. I downloaded the latest version of the Air installer in case that was the issue, and when I ran the installer I got an error which said "This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found"! The AIR installer requires AIR to be already installed! I don't know where to go from here.
May be worth noting that the machine is a brand new MacBook Pro 8,3 2.5GHz i7 which does not have a huge amount of other software on it.
