Help!! I have entered the serial # 4 times and each time it tells me it is invalid...

What do I do now?  I have to pay for support just to install the Photoshop Elements 10 that I just purchased??

    Depending on your region installation support is at no charge.  Did you purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from Adobe directly?  Do you have any other Adobe software installed?  If so what software do you have installed?  Finally which operating system are you using?
