Content Viewer not on my Laptop

Hello

weeks ago i reinstalled the the folio builder and overlay cretaor to show my publication on Adobe Content Viewer on the iPad.

every thing goes fine unless when i want to preview on the laptop

the Viewer is not there.

 

i tried to install it alone, but never find the exe file on even adobe.com
