Is there a plug-in for Bridge CS6 that allows you to set the geo-location of an image or set of image using a map. Google Maps for example?

Sorry, Bridge CS6 doesn't have this kind of feature/plug-in. You can only add the GPS information by editing the fields in metada panel, but cannot use a map.
