Thank you so much for picking-up on this issue.
On the attached screen shot, you will notice that there is virtually no tonal difference between the Scroll slider itself and the background bar which it slides against so that it is very difficult to see the Slider.
I suggest that the bar should be darker and the Slider brighter — with perhaps a drop-shadow effect as well?
