I've just installed Photoshop CS6 on an i7 PC wiht 16 gig of RAM and plenty of hard drive space. I've got 25 errors and 2 warning in the install logs. Can someone please tell me where or to whom I should send this file?

Thanks, we'll take a look at them. What OS and video card are you using on your pc?

What other Adobe products are installed?

OK. I see you have Windows7 with service pack 1 and a compatible video board. That is good. Will you be trying to re-install the Photoshop CS6 beta for him or waiting for his return?

To be safe, you should go to the site listed below and download the file. Extract it from the zipped folder and install it. You will get 32 and 64 bit installed unless you specify otherwise. Unless there are special circumstances on your system, it should install and run. Be sure not to point your plugins to the CS5 plugins, which is a common mistake people make. Let us know how it  goes!

    Hi,

Try following the below mentioned steps:

    1) Reboot your system

    2) Re-download the installer, Unzip the installer using winzip or winrar

    3) Run the the set-up.exe by using clicking on the right mouse button and choosing Run As Administrator.

Please let me know if it helps, Otherwise I will setup a connect session to resolve the issue.
