My new Dell Inspiron Laptop came with Printshop Elements 9 preinstalled. I registered the product and now I am trying to update the software. The download was initially large. I keep getting a Patch Cannot be applied  message indicating I should "Contact Support".  Online Support required Installation of Support Advisor. I installed it and now get the message: Could not identify any problems. I am very frustrated. Anone have any suggestions or solutions???

Try to download the updates manually for your PSE 9 according to your OS from the below link and then install it.

Make sure you close all the adobe applications while any updates are being installed.

Arpit Kapoor,

That did the trick….I have the update installed now. Must be a glitch with the updated on Photoshop Elements 9.

Thanks,

Ya, it might be an issue with the updater.
