CS4 is already set up on 2 machines

Hi All

 

I recently bought a new laptop (macbook pro) and did a full erase and install on my old laptop with CS4, but I keep getting a message when I start CS4 on my new laptop "our records still indacte that the serial number has been used to set up and activate CS4 on two other machines" I do have it on one other but that's it!

 

Any ideas how can resolve this issue...many thanks in advance.

    Contact Adobe Technical support , they will reset the activation  , here is the link;-http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6

     

    You didn't de-activated the product before uninstalling hence facing this issue, please de-activate before uninstalling next time.
