Have you tried changing the Cache Preferences in Bridge? I don't know what message you are seeing but changing the cache size and cache options (keep 100% previews: uncheck, Automatically Export Cache...: uncheck) will help.
Can you attached the screen shot of the message? Did it say that some issue happens for your cache and need you to purge? OR did you press Opt key when you launch Bridge?
I saw your dialog, and seems your Bridge cache file is corrupted. Please try to:
1. Remove the folder /Users/[username]/Library/Caches/Adobe/Bridge CS6.
2. Press Opt key and launch Bridge, and select 'Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache' in the dialog.
