I have now been trying to install Muse Beta 7 for nearly a week. Each time I attempt to sign in with my Adobe ID, it them prompts me for my birthday and then redirects back to sign in again... This is an endless loop with no sign of how to get around it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, I have also performed the updates to AIR. At this point it's becoming very annoying... Any help would be appreciated since the Muse team is completely non-responsive on this issue.

Are you running a firewall? Muse needs to be able to make an http connection to Adobe's servers. Firewalls usually allow this, but it's possible your firewall is set up to block certain http connections. Please try turning off any firewall running on the machine and see if that resolves the error.

Are you able to log into the account using the same e-mail address and password on Adobe.com?

If you can, then I expect that Abhishek's suggestion of checking for firewalls or other security software to be the best thing you can do. Likely, something on your computer is preventing Muse from connecting to the Adobe servers.
