missing project/msh file

While saving a Visual Communicator 3 project file(msh) of a 2 hour recording VC3 froze. I was able to find the raw camera stream files but have not been able find the VC3 project file(MSH). Is there any possibility to use the raw/bin files. It will be a terrible loss. Is there a program that can read or convert these files? Can I reconstruct a project file that can import them. I need a solution urgently..
