LR adjustments not being ported into PS

I am using LR4 and PS-CS5.  I just upgraded to LR-4 but now when I select an image to edit in PS, the LR adjustments have been stripped.  I have looked at preferences and menu items but cannot find how I can change this.

When you go to open in Photoshop you should be selecting the option to Render Using Lightroom when the dialog comes up. Either that or download the ACR 6.7 beta from Labs.Adobe.com to work in Photoshop CS5/5.5.

This same thing happened to me today after installing OnOne's Perfect Suite 6.1 update. I was doing edits in CS5 (open) and opening raw files from lightroom using Ctrl+E.  I dismissed the warning long ago so it was working perfectly.  Now when I use Ctrl+E it opens in CS5 without the Lightroom adjustments.  Lightroom has the default editor as CS6 and I can't change it.  I have reset the warnings hoping to bring back the dialog but it won't ask me how I want to render any longer.    My workflow is toast and now I have to open with Ctrl+Alt+E and it's more steps and it creates an additional PSD.  Surely there is a way to set the default editor without having to un-install CS6.

    Thanks,
