How to Protect consumer interest on formatting?

Apr 10, 2012 8:56 PM

What if I occasionally formats my computer? What will happen to my purchased books? Since we can only register 6 devices max and I think each formats counts as a new device.

I do format my pc every 2 months and as a consumer, my interest is to have the ability to backup my books and restore them to my PC after I formatted it.

What if a desaster occurs? How do we recover from that?

Is there an online storage where our purchased books can be stored?

If not, why are we paying for something to be locked down so much that we suffocate? There must be some kind of redundancy plan for us consumers to be assured of the availability of these paid books.

If someone can shed some light to our dilemma, it will be great!

Thank you in advance
