i can't open my purchased software.

i bought photoshop online, downloaded but am unable to open. can someone help?

    Which version of Photoshop did you purchased?

    Which OS do you have?

    Did you get any error message while downloading or installing the product?

    What do you mean by "unable to open"?

     

    Please ellaborate the issue.
